What does RUAH mean?

Ruah or Ruach, is a profound reality of God working deep within man.

It refers both to the breath, spirit and wind of God (also transliterated ruacḥ ha-qodesh)
is a term used in the Hebrew Bible (Tanakh) and Jewish writings to refer to the spirit of YHWH (רוח יהוה).

It literally means “spirit of the holiness” or “spirit of the holy place”.

What’s so important for us to realise is that God’s-Spirit-Breath is at work deep within us, every second of every minute of every day.

He IS the air we breathe, our very life’s-breath.

This retreat is for women;
who are looking for a breath of fresh air!
Women who are always on the go,
in positions of leadership
or who just never have the time to take time …
for themselves

Many of our retreat sessions are specifically designed to teach you how to connect to God’s Life-breath, and how to live and lead well from that place of connection.

We would encourage leaders of all capacities to join us; to be refreshed ready to return home with new tools that will equip you to better serve your family, community and ministries.

We have a limited amount of space available (only 50 spots!) as we feel called to keep this time intimate and intentional.

Please consider this your personal invitation to join us as we escape the noise of the city and our lives. Taking time to tune into the Holy Spirit and our hearts.

This weekend is about stepping back, breathing in, and enjoying all that God has in store for you.
